Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy

At Lala’s Custom Crafts, many of our products are handmade, made-to-order, personalized, or created specifically for you. Because of this, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

• Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
• Incorrect sizes, colors, designs, names, or personalization selected by the customer
• Personalized or custom-made items
• Made-to-order products
• Digital products or downloadable files
• Normal variations that may occur with handmade items

Please carefully review all product descriptions, sizing information, spelling, personalization, and order details before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Now, if we messed something up, we’re gonna make it right. 💗

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the problem
• Clear photos of the item
• Photos of the packaging if the item was damaged during shipping

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation.

Please do not throw away damaged items or packaging until your claim has been reviewed.

Shipping Damage

Lala’s Custom Crafts is not responsible for damage caused after an order has been successfully delivered. If an item arrives damaged during shipping, please notify us within 3 days of delivery so we can assist you.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable once the purchase has been completed.

Digital files may not be returned, exchanged, refunded, resold, shared, or redistributed unless otherwise stated in the product listing.

Order Cancellations

Because many products are made specifically for each order, cancellations are only accepted before production has begun.

Once an order has entered production, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or changed.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all names, wording, colors, sizes, and customization details are entered correctly.

Lala’s Custom Crafts is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.

If we make an error while creating your order, we will gladly correct it.
