Welcome to Lala’s Custom Crafts. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, lalascustomcrafts.com, and any purchases made through our online store.

By visiting our website and/or purchasing from Lala’s Custom Crafts, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

1. About Our Store

Lala’s Custom Crafts offers handmade, custom, personalized, made-to-order, and ready-to-ship products, including but not limited to tumblers, shirts, freshies, pens, wristlets, accessories, digital files, rhinestone templates, and other craft-related products.

Because many of our products are handmade or customized, slight variations may occur. These variations are part of the handmade nature of our products and are not considered defects.

2. Eligibility to Purchase

By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a purchase agreement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account information and for all purchases made using your account.

3. Product Information

We make every effort to display product descriptions, photographs, colors, sizes, and other information as accurately as possible.

However, colors may appear differently depending on your device or screen settings.

Handmade products may also have slight differences in placement, color, pattern, or appearance.

We reserve the right to update product descriptions, pricing, availability, or other information at any time.

4. Custom and Personalized Orders

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all information submitted for custom or personalized products, including:

• Names
• Spelling
• Dates
• Colors
• Sizes
• Designs
• Personalization requests
• Other custom details

Lala’s Custom Crafts is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information submitted by the customer.

If we make an error while creating your order, we will work with you to correct the issue.

Once production has begun, custom or personalized orders generally cannot be changed or canceled.

5. Digital Products

Digital products are delivered electronically and no physical item will be shipped unless specifically stated in the product listing.

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital product sales are final.

Purchasing a digital file does not transfer ownership or copyright of the design.

Unless otherwise stated in the individual listing, digital products purchased from Lala’s Custom Crafts may be used for personal use and limited small-business use to create finished physical products.

Digital files may not be:

• Resold as digital files
• Shared
• Copied for redistribution
• Uploaded to file-sharing groups
• Given away
• Included in digital bundles
• Modified and resold as another digital design
• Claimed as your own work

Purchase of a digital product does not grant permission to redistribute the original digital file.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content, photographs, graphics, logos, product designs, digital files, templates, text, branding, and other materials belonging to Lala’s Custom Crafts are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit our content without written permission except where specifically permitted by a product license.

7. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change at any time without notice.

Payment must be successfully processed before an order is considered confirmed.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if we believe there has been:

• A pricing error
• Fraudulent activity
• Unauthorized payment
• Misuse of a promotion or discount
• Incorrect product information
• An inability to fulfill the order

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the appropriate payment amount will be refunded.

8. Buy Now, Pay Later and Installment Payments

If installment-payment services such as Shop Pay Installments are offered at checkout, those services are provided by third-party payment providers.

Approval, payment schedules, financing terms, interest charges, eligibility, and other financing matters are determined by the applicable provider and are subject to that provider’s terms.

Lala’s Custom Crafts does not make credit or financing decisions.

9. Order Processing

Processing times are estimates and may vary depending on order volume, product type, customization, holidays, supply availability, or other circumstances.

Unless otherwise stated in a product listing, many made-to-order products have an estimated processing time of approximately 7–10 business days before shipping.

Processing time and shipping/transit time are separate.

10. Shipping

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Lala’s Custom Crafts is not responsible for delays or delivery problems resulting from an incorrect address entered by the customer.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are controlled by the carrier and cannot be guaranteed by Lala’s Custom Crafts.

11. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Because many of our items are handmade, personalized, custom, made-to-order, or digital, all sales are generally final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges because of change of mind, buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing selected by the customer, or incorrect personalization information submitted by the customer.

Exceptions may be made for products that arrive damaged or defective or when an incorrect item was sent.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

12. Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before production has begun.

Once materials have been prepared, customization has started, or production has begun, the order may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

13. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotional codes and discounts are subject to their individual terms.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Discounts cannot be combined.
• Discounts have no cash value.
• Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases.
• We reserve the right to cancel or modify promotions at any time.
• Abuse or misuse of discount codes may result in cancellation of an order.

14. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our website or products for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

You may not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website
• Introduce viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Scrape or copy website content without authorization
• Commit fraud or payment abuse
